Our method is called MOVEMENT TRAINING. It is a blend of Eastern Philosophies, Martial Arts, Pilates, Yoga, and Traditional Weight Training. We believe in Bruce Lee’s concept: “The best style is no style at all.” It targets your body from every angle by breaking up your training into 5 different movements:
Pushing- Push ups, Chest Press, Shoulder Press, and any other movements when you are pushing resistance away from your body.
Pulling- Pull ups, Rows, and any other exercises where you are pulling resistance to your body.
Twisting- Torso twists, Over the Shoulder Throws, Boxing Hooks with a Pivot, and any other exercise where you are twisting your body.
Up and Down- Squatting, Lunging, Jumping, and any other movements where the elevation of your body is changing.
Locomotion- Running, Skipping, Shuffling, and anything else that requires you moving from one location to another.
By executing these 5 different movements in your training session, your body will be challenged from every angle and constantly change. Your body can adjust to any situation that is presented to it. If you keep doing the same thing all the time, your body will cease in making adaptations, and change stops.

Movement Training is
different than other traditional methods of weight lifting because
it will not:
Have you sit down on a stable bench the whole workout causing you to relax your abs and decrease your athleticism. Sit at home not in your training session!
Isolate and burnout one body part for one hour. In real life your body moves as one unit, not one muscle at a time.
Have you constantly run on a treadmill. The ground does not move underneath your feet in real life.
Have you do cardiovascular training in one direction and one speed. One day you might have to sprint after your kids or elude and oncoming object. With MOVEMENT TRAINING you stay ready!

Movement training reflects life and the Earth that you
